Isolation can be something that comes on its own, but there is also a form of self imposed isolation. This project aims to showcase general feelings of isolation from a variety of origins. While shot entirely in black and white and with a mix of film and digital, these images come from different emotional backgrounds. Lonely isolation, isolation to reset the mind, beautiful calm through isolation; there is no dominant form that I wish to express, but instead I hope to represent the many forms of isolation through this project.
